Just a note to thank you for the splendid manner in which you handled the remodeling and repairs to our oceanfront condo at the Regency. The work was outstanding and the speed of completion was more than satisfactory. The paperwork, liens, permits, application, etc., were on time and complete. Being in the title escrow business I can assure you that most contractors, at least in Illinois, do not pay the same attention to detail that you did.  I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy on a large, time sensitive project. I relied on Jimmy to oversee the demolition and re-construction aspects of the project. Jimmy took a "hands on" approach to the project; He "leads from the front" and has a presence on the job that demonstrates both leadership and attention to detail. Thank you for all the work you did at my home. The kitchen work turned out better than I thought it would, the bathroom was also done to perfection. The flooring was well done and the matching after the damage to the original wood is not even noticeable

My condo is drop dead gorgeous!! Their dedication to their craft is undeniable and they were spot on with the budget. Every time I enter my home I can't believe how gorgeous it is! I highly recommend them.
